How To Attach Photos and Videos to Emails on an iPhone or iPad

Images can be attached to your email messages through either the Mail app or the Photos app.These images can still be downloaded by your recipient as an attachment, even though they will appear in the body as in-line images.You can attach image files that you have stored in your cloud storage service if you are using the newer version of the software.

Step 1: Send a new message in the Mail app.

You can use the Mail app to add images to your message.This is the same thing as attaching the image.The images will show up in the message body.

Step 2: You want the messages to appear in the body.

The messages can be put anywhere in the body.If you want them to be more traditional, place them at the end of the message.

Step 3: The menu can be opened with a tap.

You can see the "Select", "All" and "Paste" options.

Step 4: The menu has an arrow on the right side.

Additional options will appear.You won't need an iPad to do this.

Step 5: "Insert photo or video"

You can open your photo and video albums with this.

Step 6: Attach the photo or video you want.

You can look through the albums on your Camera Roll.

Step 7: The photo or video should be inserted.

To choose, tap the photo or video.The image or video will be added to the message.Up to five images can be inserted into a single email message.

Step 8: You can send the message.

You can send the message after you've finished adding images.You can either send the images in their original quality or compress them.To save data, you may want to reduce the quality of your mobile connection.

Step 9: The Photos app is open.

The Photos app can be used to send an email message with photos attached.

Step 10: Go to the album that contains the photos you want to attach.

You will be able to attach up to five images.

Step 11: To enable multiple selection mode, tap "select".

You can select more than one image.

Step 12: You can attach up to five images.

Each image has a checkmark on it.You can only have five images for a single email message.

Step 13: Go to the "share" button.

It looks like a box with an arrow in the top.This will open the menu.

Step 14: You can select "Mail."

The images will be attached to the new message in the Mail app.You've selected too many images if the Mail app isn't an option.

Step 15: Send the message by writing it down.

You can enter the recipients, create a subject, and type the body after you've added the images.When you send the email, you will be asked to either compress the images or send them in their original size.One of the compressed options is a good option if you're worried about your data usage.

Step 16: Send a new message with the Mail app.

The ability to add attachment from cloud storage services was introduced in the 9th edition of the operating system.You can attach any type of file.

Step 17: If you want the attachment to appear, place your mouse over it.

Your attachment will be in the body.The recipient's mail client can decide if it appears in-line or at the bottom of the message.

Step 18: The Editing menu can be opened with the tap of the cursor.

There are a few options above the snoozing.

Step 19: The menu has a right arrow.

This will show additional options.All of the options fit on the screen, so you won't need to do this on an iPad.

Step 20: You can add Attachments by tapping.

The contents of your drive will be displayed in a new window.

Step 21: Find the file that you want to attach.

You can attach any image file you have on your drive.To attach a file to your message, simply tap it.

Step 22: To browse other services, tap "Locations".

If you have installed other major cloud storage services on your device, you can search through them.You can use a bunch of things.

Step 23: Send the message as usual.

You can continue to send the message after attaching the image file.Your recipient will receive the file as an attachment.
