How To Awaken Your Psychic Power to Feel Your Aura

An aura is an energy field that can be seen from your entire body. It's radiance has been photographed, and has a very different image than body heat escaping from the body.Trained mediums attempt to feel, see and decipher the auras of people with varying intensity and color. It is not hard to feel your own, even though it is challenging to see another person's aura. The easiest way to feel your own aura is following.Rub your hands together quickly, and then bring them apart slowly. You can use this to form a ball between your hands.Your auric energy is what this is.

Step 1: Don't be tense.

It works best if you lie down on your back with your head on a pillow. It's a good time to try this since you're off to bed.Relax by closing your eyes.

Step 2: Take the weight of your arms by resting your elbows at your sides.

If you bring your hands together above your belly, the finger tips of your left and right hands will be touching. It will look like you're praying.Your fingers should not be forced straight when you are completely relaxed. If you have enough space between your palms, you can hold a soft ball in your hands. The starting position is this.

Step 3: Slowly pull your hands apart about 10 centimetres or 2 inches, then push them back together again, but don't let your finger tips touch.

You can no longer feel the aura if you touch your hands. As your hands move toward one another, you should be able to feel a zone of resistance between them because of the aura left by each hand.It will feel like you are holding a balloon between your hands, and you will be able to feel it squeezing.

Step 4: Keep moving your hands slowly in and out until you feel the resistance.

You now feel your aura after discovering this resistance. You can move your father's hands apart to make a bigger balloon. You can feel your aura between your outstretched hands if you practice.
