Your email picture should be the same as your profile picture on any social media site.You can change your Yahoo Mail picture on both the mobile app and Yahoo's website.
Step 1: To open Yahoo Mail, tap the app.
You can get the Yahoo Mail app for free if you don't already have it.
Step 2: The Menu icon is on the screen.
There are three horizontal bars to the right of the "Inbox" text.
Step 3: The settings option is available.
You should see this option in the menu.
Step 4: "Manage Accounts" can be found at the top of the menu.
You can bring up a window with your account information.
Step 5: Below your account's name, tap "account info".
This opens the account info page.
Step 6: The person silhouette is at the top of this page.
The silhouette is your profile picture.If you uploaded a pre-existing photo, it will be displayed here.
Step 7: You can choose a photo.
You can either take a photo using your phone's camera or choose an existing photo from your library.Before continuing, you may be asked to allow Yahoo Mail access to your photos.
Step 8: To select it, tap a photo.
Review the photo to make sure you want it.When you've chosen a photo, tap your phone's equivalent of "OK" to confirm it.
Step 9: Wait for your photo to appear at the top of the page.
Once it uploads, you will be able to change your picture on Yahoo Mail.
Step 10: You can navigate to Yahoo's main site.
To change your Yahoo Mail profile picture, you need to access your account's settings from within your inbox.
Step 11: The "Mail" option is available.
The top right corner of Yahoo's site has an icon that resembles an envelope.If you don't already have a Yahoo Mail account, you'll need to log in with your usernames and passwords.
Step 12: Click on the gear that you want to modify.
You can find this option on the far right side of the inbox page.
Step 13: Click the "account info" option
You can see it at the bottom of the menu.
Step 14: The silhouette is at the top of the page.
If you click on the silhouette that has an outline of a camera on it, you will be prompted to take a photo.
Step 15: You can use a picture.
If you want to upload a photo from a website, you'll have to download the photo in question first.When you have chosen one, click "OK" to take a photo.
Step 16: Take a look at your photo.
Click one of the arrows above the photo to change the angle of your picture.To zoom in or out, click and drag below the photo.
Step 17: To save your photo, click "Crop and Save".
You should see your photo on your profile picture.
