You can't spray paint on walls and floors.You are stuck with the stupid bullseye picture because they can spray paint any picture they want.Don't wonder anymore and read this article.
Step 1: The main screen has options.
Step 2: There is a box below your name that has pre-set sprays for you to choose from.
Step 3: Pick which one you want to apply for.
Step 4: If you want to create one of your own, you need to find an image on a search program and copy/paste it into Paint.
Step 5: This is the most important part.
It's a good idea to save it into your C:Program FilesSteamsteamAppsyour steam account and other variant depending on your computer set up.
Step 6: You have to make sure it's DEFINITELY in the steam app or it will be hard to upload your picture.
Step 7: If you want to open a screen with a list of files, go back to OPTIONS and click Upload instead of the drop down key.
