How To Stick to Your Study Schedule

Do you really want good grades but are a little lazy?Do you always say how you will study weeks before the test, but never actually do, so you end up taking it the night before class? You probably need a study schedule. You need to stick to it to excel.

Step 1: Think about your goals.

Why do I want to make a study schedule? What grades do I get?Would a schedule help me?The questions you need to ask yourself are very important.Answer them by writing them down.If you put them near, you will always be reminded of those D's and Fs, and will be able to turn them into an A' and B'.

Step 2: How much time do you want to devote to studying?

Half of your day is spent with your head in the books. You can have good grades if you commit a set amount of time for your studies. You can write down everything you need to study on a daily basis.Write how many times a week you'll study it and how much time you spend on it that day for each subject.Write 3x a week for 20 minutes if you want to learn something in your History class.Divide it by 7 when you add up all the time.14 hours divided by 7 is 2 hours per day.

Step 3: Decide if the goal is realistic.

It will be difficult to study for 5 or 6 hours a day, so be realistic with the amount of time you commit. It will stress you out if you know you won't do it.You can join a small study group or get a tutor. If you don't have a study group at school, you can start one.If you struggle with geometry, ask a smart kid in your math class to help you.If no one wants to help you, get a tutor. You will need to stick to them. You can be sure you've studied everything you need to if you have a study schedule.

Step 4: Make the schedule!

It shouldn't rip apart if you make it on thick paper.Make it very appealing.Cut out small shapes with colorful paper.Write the days of the week in bright colors and it will be perfect for you.You can choose between black and white, purple and green, gold and orange.Try to study at the same time each day.You could set aside an hour after dinner for studying only.It would be better if you didn't have any other priorities that were competing for your time.

Step 5: Look at it.

Are you happy with your schedule? There is still time to change the look and amount of study time. You can start studying if you need to.

Step 6: Start studying.

It is the best way to start studying. If you do that, you will be very proud, but it can also help you find your weaknesses. You will know to pay more attention to them.Don't feel like you have to study everything at once. It's easier to stick to a task when you focus on small things each day.

Step 7: It's a good idea to avoid Procrastination.

If you're studying for an English test, but you know that there is a new episode of The Big Bang Theory on, what will you do?If you turn on the TV and say that you can study later, or just think to yourself, you will end up watching the show.Choose your time wisely.

Step 8: Distractions should be eliminated.

If you have a phone, put it in a different room so you don't get tempted to use it.It is an unneeded temptation to study in front of a computer. If you need to study on the computer, make a promise to yourself that you won't use social media.:'().If anyone calls you, ask your family members to leave you alone for a while, and say that you're busy.

Step 9: Reward yourself!

If you spent three hours a day studying for a big test, don't feel bad about making yourself a nice hot chocolate with tiny marshmallows, lying in a comfy couch, and watching your favorite movie. If you aced the math exam, you can give yourself a manicure or have a spa day at home.If you're a guy and you just got an A in History and English, invite a friend over to watch some sports and hang out.You can just eat. It's the same, right?

Step 10: Don't forget about your friends.

Either way, you can have both. You can go shopping with your friends after you've done your homework. If your assignment is done well and you're resting on your desk, you can go to the cinema or have a sleepover with your bestie. You can exercise in your free time if you don't like those activities.Get out and exercise in your free time.Being active may help you study more effectively.

Step 11: Enjoy your grades and the happiness of your parents.

You will do better in school if you follow all the steps.
