How To Tag Faces on Google Photos on iPhone or iPad

In order to find all the pictures of the same person in your library, you need to tag their name in all of their photos.

Step 1: You can open the Photos app on your phone.

The Photos icon looks like a pinwheel of red, green, blue, and orange.It can be found on your home screen.

Step 2: The search bar is at the top.

This will open the page.

Step 3: The icon is next to the face pictures.

You can find a list of the common faces in your photos on the search page.To see the full list of faces, tap the right-arrow icon next to the face pictures.

Step 4: The person you want to tag has a face.

You can find the person you want to tag by looking in the full list of faces.You can see all the pictures of this person on this page.

Step 5: You can add a name below your friend's thumbnail.

The blue letters below the face thumbnail are where this option is written.It will allow you to tag this person's name in their photos.

Step 6: Your friend's name should be entered.

You can tag your friend's face in all the photos they appear in by typing their name here.As you type, you will get suggestions from your contacts.To tag your contact, tap a name suggestion here.

Step 7: The blue Done button is on the keyboard.

This will keep your face tag.You can quickly find a list of all their photos by searching your friend's name.
