A link to the profile page of the person you tagged is created when you tag photos on Facebook.Whether they're photos you've already uploaded to Facebook, photos a friend has posted, or photos that are getting ready to add to a new album, you can easily tag yourself and others in them.You have to read and then tag!
Step 1: Click on your profile page to log in to your Facebook account.
You need to be a member of the site in order to tag photos.Next to the thumbnail of your profile picture, you can click on your name in the toolbar on the top of the page.
Step 2: You can create a new album.
New pictures can be uploaded into an album.The photos tab is located next to your profile picture.The page where your photos and albums are visible is where this will take you.Click on the +create new album tab at the top right of the photos page and then click the create album square.Click the blue Add Photos button in the middle of the new album page if a browser box doesn't automatically pop up.To start your album, select a photo.You can navigate to where the photo is saved by using the browser window.Push the Open button if you want to see the photo.
Step 3: There are tags on the photos.
If you tag your photos as you upload them, you won't have to go back through and tag them again.Drag your mouse over the image after the photo has loaded.Click on the face you want to tag.The search bar will open.You can type the person's name.A list of names will appear in a menu once you've started typing.You can either select the name from the menu or continue typing.If the person you want to tag does not have a Facebook account, the tag will not link to their profile and the text will be black.Continue to add and tag photos.
Step 4: Click on your profile page to log in to your Facebook account.
You need to be a member of the internet to tag photos.Click on the icon with your name on it in the top toolbar or the thumbnail of your profile picture to navigate to your page.
Step 5: Pick the photo you want to tag.
You can tag photos within albums you've created.The photos tab is located next to your profile picture.The page where your photos and albums are visible is where this will take you.You can locate the photo you want to tag by selecting your Photos or Albums.The photo can be expanded by clicking on it.The tag photo button can be found at the top right side and bottom of the photo.Click on the face you want to tagThe search bar will open.You can type the name of the person you want to tag.A list of names will appear in a menu when you start typing.Press enter if you want to select the name from the menu.If the person you want to tag does not have a Facebook account, the tag will not link to their profile and the text will be black.
Step 6: You should tag multiple photos at the same time.
You can tag more than one photo in an album.You can choose the album.You can tag someone by pressing the Tag button in the top right corner of the album page.Click the photo you want to tag.Click if you want to see the person's face.You can save the tags at the top of the album page.For each person you want to tag, repeat this process.
Step 7: You have to log in to your Facebook account.
You have to log into Facebook to tag photos uploaded by your friends.You can't tag photos that have been uploaded by your friends on Facebook.
Step 8: Pick the photo you want to tag.
You can find the photo on your friend's timeline if it has recently been uploaded.Click the Photos button to the side of the person's profile picture if you can't find the photo on the timelines.Select the picture you want to tag.
Step 9: The photo should be tagged.
The tag photo button can be found at the top right or bottom of the photo.You can click on the person's face.You can type the name of the person you want to tag.A list of names will appear in a menu when you start typing.You can either select the name from the menu or continue typing.
