How To Turn Off Audio of a Facebook Story on Android
If you want to share a video on your Facebook story, you need to mute the sound.
Step 1: Go to Facebook.
You can find it on the home screen or in the app drawer.
Step 2: Don't forget to tap your story.
There is a blue paper airplane icon to the right of the screen.This opens a camera.
Step 3: To record your video, hold the shutter.
There is a large round button at the bottom of the screen.Hold the button until you are done recording, or until the small red circle on the screen completes a turn.
Step 4: You can tap the speaker icon.
It is at the top of the screen.You can see the words "share without sound" next to the icon.
Step 5: The white circle has an arrow inside.
You should see a check mark next to your story on the Sharing screen.
Step 6: The send icon is on the screen.
