Step 1: You can uninstall third-party apps.
If you are using an unauthorized third-party app or plug-in to accessSnapchat, you will need to uninstall the app from your phone before you can sign in.Unauthorized apps that require a jailbroken iPhone or iPad can't be completely uninstalled.In order to uninstall the app, you will need to update to the latest version of the software.
Step 2: You canunlock in a web browser.
You can use this website on any computer, phone, or tablet after several hours if your account was locked.You may have to wait up to 24 hours to get your account unlocked.
Step 3: Go to your account.
Click or tap to enter the same password you used to access the app.
Step 4: Click or tap to open it.
The yellow button is at the bottom of the page.If enough time has passed, you will see a message that says your account is unlocked.Try again in a few hours if it hasn't been enough.
Step 5: You can verify your email address with the app.
Once you're back in, it's a good idea to verify your email address to avoid being deactivated for adding too many friends.You can open the app on your phone or tablet.The ghost icon is yellow and white.The profile icon is at the top left corner.The gear icon is at the top-right corner.There is a tap.You have to enter a valid email address.You can enter your password on the app.Open the verification email if you checked your email.There is a tap.
Step 6: Go to support.snapchat.com to get help.
If you can't get back into your account after 24 hours by using the " Using the Unlock Page" method, you may still be able to contactSnapchat.
Step 7: Click or tap the circle next to the account.

Step 9: Click or tap Yes.

Step 10: You can enter your email, phone number, and usernames.
Step 11: Send an email request for reinstatement.
It's a good idea to politely explain the situation.If you were locked out of your account, tell us why and we'll make sure you follow the terms of service.As a rule, be as polite as possible.
Step 12: Click or tap to send.
There is a yellow button at the bottom of the screen.If your email explanation is understandable, you may be able to convince them to open your account.You aren't likely to get your account unlocked if your email is rude or repeat offenders.
