Every 3 hours, this medicine is applied.Follow the directions on the label.Don't use this medicine in larger quantities or for longer than recommended.

Pull down your lower eyelid to create a small pocket.With the tip down, hold the dropper above the eye.Look up and away from the dropper.

With your head tilted down, close your eyes for 2 or 3 minutes.To keep liquid from draining into your duct tear, gently press your finger to the inside corner of the eye.

Don't use more than the number of drops your doctor has prescribed.Wait about 5 minutes between drops if you use more than one drop.

Do not place the eye dropper on your eye.If you have a dropper that is contaminated, it could cause vision problems.

If the liquid has changed colors or particles, don't use the eye drops.Call the pharmacy to get new medicine.

For the full prescribed length of time, use this medication.Before the infection is completely cleared, your symptoms may improve.Skipping doses can increase your risk of infections that are resistant to antibiotics.

Store away from heat and light.When not in use, keep the bottle closed.

As soon as possible, use the missed dose.If it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose.Extra medicine should not be used to make up the missed dose.

Polymyxin B and trimethoprim should not be used in contact lenses.Polymyxin B and trimethoprim can cause soft contact lens problems.Wait at least 15 minutes after using this medicine.

If you have any of the signs of an allergic reaction, you should get emergency medical help.

Don't share your medicines with others, use this medication only for the indication prescribed, and keep this and all other medicines out of the reach of children.
