Step 7: Put soil on the stump and plant flowers.
Get a well-draining potting soil that is rich in compost and fill your planter with it.You can plant whatever plants you want in the stump planter.
Step 8: Attach the door and windows to the stump
A small door and a few tiny windows are all you need to make a basic fairy house.Purchase them online or paint them on the stump.You can make the doors and windows yourself with popsicle sticks or other crafting supplies.Attach the door and windows to the stump with a hot glue gun, hammer, and nails.If you want to make stained glass windows, hot glue pieces of sea glass to the stump on the inside of the window frame.
Step 9: There is a roof on top of the stump.

Step 12: Pick out your design in pencil.
You can draw the image on the stump with a pencil.This can be anything from your initials to a picture of a sun and moon.It is possible that drafting the image before you make the mosaic will keep you from making a mistake.
Step 13: You should crack your tiles into pieces.
