You have to set up a Yahoo! Mail account.

A new Yahoo email inbox can be created from scratch.You can do it on both desktop and mobile versions of Yahoo Mail.

Step 1: Open Yahoo.

You can go to the site in your browser.This will open the main page.

Step 2: Click sign in.

There is a bell icon to the left of the page's top-right corner.

Step 3: If you click, you will be taken to a sign up page.

"Don't have an account?" is next to this link.The text is on the right side of the page.

Step 4: You have to enter your account details.

First name Last name Email address is your preferred Yahoo email address.If your email address is already taken, you'll have to type in a different one.Without a mobile phone number, you can't create a Yahoo account.If you want, you can add your gender to the "Gender" field.

Step 5: Continue if you want.

There is a button at the bottom of the page.If you've neglected to fill out any of the required fields, you won't be able to proceed until you fill them out.

Step 6: Text me my account key.

There is a button in the middle of the page.You can text a code to the mobile number you entered earlier.If you tap, Yahoo will call you and recite the code.

Step 7: Recover the verification code.

You can open your phone's Messages app, look for and open a message from Yahoo, and review the five-digit security code in the message.Wait for your phone to ring, then answer the call and listen to the number.

Step 8: The code should be typed into the "Verify" field.

There is a field in the middle of the page.

Step 9: Click Verify.

There is a blue button in the middle of the screen.

Step 10: Let's get started.

You can go back to the main page by doing that.

Step 11: You can click Mail.

There is a purple envelope icon in the top-right corner of the Yahoo home page.This will open your Yahoo inbox, which is ready for you to use.

Step 12: It's possible to open Yahoo Mail.

The Yahoo Mail app icon resembles a white envelope and the phrase "YAHOO!"There is a dark purple background.

Step 13: It's possible to tap Yahoo Mail.

There is a Yahoo Mail icon in the middle of the page.

Step 14: To sign up, tap.

There is a link at the bottom of the screen.The account creation form can be opened by doing that.

Step 15: You must enter your account details.

Step 16: Continue.

Step 17: Text me a password.

You can text a code to the mobile number you entered earlier.If you tap, Yahoo will call you and recite the code.

Step 18: The verification code must be retrieved.

Step 19: The code can be entered into the "Verify" field.

Step 20: Verify by tapping.
