If you want to send a piece of paper instead of the email, you can click Print.
Step 7: You can type in your name.
As the purchaser, you'll do this in the "From" field.
Step 8: You can type a delivery date.
You can schedule gift card delivery up to 12 months in advance.

Step 10: You can enter your payment information.
